- Because these two are pretty close, if your muse interacts with one, they might run into the other eventually (most likely Grey after Winter because he's protective and wary).

- I have more than one blog so my activity might be random. Also, I don't mind if you don't follow one or all of them, it's of no offense to me! 

Some say it’s funded by the government, and some say it’s derived from a mafia family. Despite the rumors and secrets, Phoenix functions mainly as a vigilante group based in New York, led by a man known as Grey. 

Whether from accidental findings or selected through files, Phoenix is mostly formed by a group of people who have no lingering attachments or wish to go back to their old lives, one they tend to find meaningless. Misfits, drug addicts, failures. Sometimes the crop consists of people who violent crime through good< reasoning ( example: voluntary manslaughter ). But everyone has a story that is never revealed. 

However, those who have been selected, after thorough investigation and decision, are then given a new identity, with proper ( forged ) identification papers and everything. Their old self is proclaimed to be dead, with a most probable reason, and they are given a new location to remain. But despite that, members of Phoenix are expected to move about wherever they are needed on their missions after they completed their training. 

This group runs underground, where members are taught to fight or to hone in their skills. Phoenix teaches their people various things useful to their job, such as blending into a group or slipping out of one, poisons, first aid, handling a weapon, assassination, and espionage. 

The weak are rooted out. And the traitors are tracked down for their life. 

Those who remain, however, are branded with a phoenix on their backs. A symbolism of rebirth, the chance to start over. 

To have their life, unwritten.
